Heart it

This summer I fell in love with the danish artist Kristina Dam and her flat. She uses all the shapes I fancy. I´ve so wanted an anatomic heart for ages. When I found these postcards in her shop I just had to order some. What`s facinating is that I see something new everyday. Can you see it too? I also want a big poster from her, but we´ll have to discuss that at home. I felt the same when I saw this poster from Snug too. It was cheap so I just ordered it. Yeah. Cheap fix. 

Good on a bad day

Sometimes we all feel like we´re in a yellow submarine. Going down. But what comes down must come up again. Today´s a day like that. But all of a sudden I had to make some new lines on our wallart. Very inspired by my new postcards. And the rain outside. And I felt a bit better. Funny what crativity can do to you.  

Postcards from afar

I love decorating with collections of postcards. I ordered some new ones from the seventytree last week, and it always feels like getting gifts when things like that arrive in the mail. Now I must find a wall for them. And guess what, I´m also waiting for some from rk design. Art and decorations  doesn´t have to cost fortunes.

Reframing it

 

Week end. I love you. You give me time to play with my new toys. And my friends. This week end I´ve framed a new poster and bought some new plants. The teatowel from marimekko is now replaced. I also painted my nails with gold and had a very good time with some friends. Hope you´ve had a good one too! Peace.

I once decided to make weekly menus for my wardrobe here. Yeah right. But at least I have a cool place to collect nice clothes.
