Symbiose

Gammel lampe. For lat til å trekke om skjermene. Og dette synes jeg var hakket kulere. Pærer fant jeg på Clas Ohlson. Ideen så jeg på nettet en gang, men husker ikke hvor. Nå lever lampene i stua i en fin symbiose. Nytt vs gammelt.

The return of the sun

Today is the day. Finally it´s here. Like Beatles sang; it seems like years since you´ve been here. I will welcome it at my yoga class to day. We will be doing different variations of sun salutation and some sun warriors. I can feel the energy finally coming back together with the sun. Namaste.
